

Please give requested style name, colour, and size. We will come back to you with availabilty (within 2 working days) We are happy to answer your questions on garments. ie: price, fabric, fit. Not all styles, colours have been photographed, so please ask if you are looking for a particular style.

To process your order, we require your delivery address, day phone and requested item to be emailed through. Please supply us with a physical address ie: workplace where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped. (Including a tracking number for international orders)
A price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
We take no responsibility for charges incurred at receivers end.
Depending on the country you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties.
State of Grace will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.
When placing an order with State of Grace, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with regulations and laws of your country in which you are receiving the goods.

You may return any product, within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in the condition they were despatched in - Not used, washed, dry cleaned or altered.
All labelling must be returned in good condition.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded unless the sent item was incorrect or faulty.
If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another. Items can only be exchanged for other items. No refund will be given.
Once received, your new item will be sent to you within four working days. We will advise you of the tracking number and expected arrival date.

Select a shipping/postage method that covers insurance. You are responsible for the item until it reaches State of Grace. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves
Faulty items may be returned or exchanged. Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item. If the item is faulty we will refund the costs of postage. Please contact us as by email as soon as fault is discovered.
